Tourist Map (Tools › Other tools) spawns on Chernarus+: the economy keeps about 40 on the map at a time. It can lie in 721 buildings. Most of them are Hunting buildings. It also spawns at events: Police roadblock.
On other maps: Nasdara, Livonia, Sakhal, Raman, DeerIsle Experimental
It lies on the ground for about 4 h before the game removes it.
