Flashlight (Tools › Other tools) spawns on Chernarus+: the economy keeps about 80 on the map at a time. It can lie in 8,015 buildings. Most of them are Residential buildings. It also spawns at events: Heli crash, Police roadblock, Train wreck and Military convoy.
On other maps: Nasdara, Livonia, Sakhal, Namalsk, Raman, DeerIsle Experimental
It lies on the ground for about 4 h before the game removes it.
