Radar Cap (Clothing › Headgear) spawns on Chernarus+: the economy keeps about 37 on the map at a time. It can lie in 6,340 buildings. Most of them are Residential buildings. It also spawns at events: Police roadblock, Train wreck, Military convoy and Heli crash.
On other maps: Livonia, Sakhal, Namalsk, Raman, DeerIsle Experimental
It lies on the ground for about 4 h before the game removes it.
